Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Account Support Administrator to join a leading Energy and Utility management consultancy. In this role you will become involved in all types of utilities bills and will learn to understand and check the many types of utility invoices for billing errors; working with suppliers to make corrections; monitoring client’s accounts for problems or identifying ways that they can save money. The ideal candidate must have strong Admin skills and experience working within Utilities/Energy industry. So, if this sounds like the role for you, apply today!Key responsibilities:
- Checking utility supplier invoices for errors
- Arranging invoice corrections with suppliers
- Raising complaints with suppliers who are providing poor service
- Accurately processing cost and consumption data into client databases
- Liaising with established client contacts for meter readings and details of portfolio changes
- Requesting changes to information held by suppliers
Skills and experience required:Â

- Strong numeracy
