Working for a Meter Asset Provider, the purpose of this role is to assist in the smooth running of the meter asset business, handling day to day tasks including managing exceptions and queries as necessary to maximise on revenue expectations. The Asset Coordinator will underpin and support efforts to maintain an efficient, scalable and a best-in-class asset register. You will collect and document performance information against agreed SLAs and KPIs to support an effective contract management regime for suppliers of goods and services, ensuring premium performance.  The ideal candidate will be highly organised, self-motivated and a strong administrator.

Key responsibilities:

  • Maintain and review records to always ensure sufficient stock availability.
  • Raising Purchase Orders and keeping accurate records
  • Validating and loading Asset Stock Notifications (ASNs) from distributors and suppliers
  • Manage Warranty Returns and Stock Discrepancies,
  • Ensure regular stock takes are received from hardware and service providers and reconciled.
  • Maintain an efficient, scalable and a best-in-class asset register.
  • Resolve exceptions, chase Supplier appointments and updates, handle churned assets
  • Liaise with 3rd Parties to ensure that any assets that are removed and returned
  • Maintain records relating to Industry Health and Safety and Compliance Standards
  • Contribute to the delivery of Team objectives, SLAs and KPIs

  • Intermediate knowledge of Excel, Word, and Outlook.
