Summary:Our client is looking for a B2B Outbound Energy Sales Consultant to join a leading award-winning energy consultancy business with a fantastic reputation and an exciting future ahead of them. You’ll make outbound B2B sales calls to a portfolio of existing customers who have entered their renewal window to renegotiate a new energy tariff, as well as hot leads from the Lead Generation team. The ideal candidate will have 12 months sales experience in a B2B or telesales environment and used to delivering a 1st class service. - Making outbound B2B sales calls to existing customers that have entered their renewal window negotiating new energy tariffs, as well as hot leads from their lead generation team,
- Establish customers’ needs and match them with a product to meet those needs.
- Liaising with energy providers to source the right product and solutions.
- Providing accurate written quotations for customers
- Maintain account management data within the CRM platform.
- Building rapport with customers and provide them with a first-class service.
- Using a consultative and value driven approach to negotiate, navigate, and close the sale.
- Achieving daily, weekly, and monthly targets and KPI’s.
- Working with the team to create a great place to work.
Skills and experience required:
- 12 months + sales experience (in a B2B telesales environment)
- Energy sector experience (Not essential; full training provided)
- Self-motivated with the drive to deliver results in a challenging market.
- Outstanding communication skills (verbal, written and listening).
- Solid problem solving, decision making and analytical capability.
- Initiative and a desire to learn & grow with the business.
- A collaborator, team worker and effective communicator.
- Resilient and able to work under pressure.
