Summary:
Do you have experience in energy / utilities in a B2B customer service / billing / admin role? If so, we are looking for a new B2B Operations Administrator to work for an international retail energy supplier to be responsible for supporting processes for the rollout of Smart Meters and for the accuracy of industry data used for billing customers and industry settlement. You will define business processes for the installation of commercial Smart meters as well as support the customer life cycle journey including onboarding new customers, metering and investigation into the integrity of asset and read data. You will be liaising with internal and external stakeholders to resolve data exceptions and customer queries raised by internal teams, so apply today if you have excellent communication skills!Key responsibilities:
- Support processes within Operations remit to defined industry timescales
- Manage assigned queries, including escalations and customer complaints
- Maintain integrity of read & meter asset data utilising dataflows.
- Support industry and internal data cleansing projects as required.
- Maintain the relationships with external 3rd parties to drive high performance at all times.
- Manage and respond to emails in the relevant department mailboxes
- Support process changes and efficiencies within the department
- Co-ordinate AMR and Smart installation projects with third-party providers & customers.
- Produce reporting as required (internal/external, ad hoc/routine).
Skills and experience required:
- Energy and/or Customer Services industry experience would be beneficial.
- Knowledge of MS Office (Word & Excel) to an intermediate level.
- Excellent Communication skills – written and verbal.
- Good numeracy and problem-solving skills.
- Strong planning and organisation as well as negotiation and influencing skills.
- Minimum of 5 GCSE (or equivalent) which must include English and Mathematics.
