We are looking for a B2B Operations Manager to join an award-winning, innovative, well-established software and data management company delivering services to energy suppliers and industry participants. - Day to day management of the B2B Operations team of up to 12FTE analysts
- Manage the end-to-end Registrations and Loss journeys, Metering tasks / Settlements exceptions
- Performance management of Operations Analysts
- Client Relationship Management and regular communication with Industry 3rd Parties
- Maintain close working relationships with Billing Teams, removing obstacles
- Identify process improvements to increase efficiency and service quality
- Internal stakeholder relationships with product, engineering, support and client relationship teams
- Add value to the experience of clients, colleagues and other relevant stakeholders through practicing and promoting the companies values
Skills and experience required:Â
- Experience in B2B Operations and Settlements exceptions
- Experience of industry practices and obligations under BSCP, MRA, SPAA, REC2, GSOP, SLC
- Ability to manage and direct people and their performance
- Ability to supervise, coaches and onboards new starters
- Problem solver and ability to prioritise meeting key targets and deadlines
- Have sound communication / presentation skills to support internal team and external client meetings
- MS office proficiency and excel intermediate level as a minimum to support data analysis
- Confidently manages stakeholder expectations
