- As a people expert, you’ll motivate and inspire your team, tapping into your own skills and experience, and using a natural coaching style to help them to reach full potential.
- You’ll ensure that the day is structured efficiently with a focus on meeting daily sales targets.
- Provide hands-on support to the agents by identifying trends in performance and call stats to ensure maximum call time and efficiency and provide feedback to address any issues.
- Stay informed about market trends, assist with complex queries and provide technical support to agents, helping them to find quick resolutions and secure contracts.
- Support end-to-end employee life cycle from recruitment and onboarding through to offboarding to ensure delivery of a brilliant employee experience.
- Collaborate with Quality Control and L&D to arrange coaching and training sessions.
- Drive engagement & promote incentives, ensuring reward, recognition & motivation.
- Provide high quality data & reporting to bring insight to the business on key sales activity.
Skills and experience required:Â
- People management experience in a B2B sales environment ideally, with sector experience.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with ability to motivate, coach and lead a dynamic sales team.
- Able to build collaborative working relationships with your team and colleagues through capability, authenticity and being brilliant to work with.
- A strong leader with a person-centric approach who will be proactive, visible in the business and looking to contribute in meaningful ways.
- Strong influencer, able to listen, be on hand to coach, advise and challenge the status quo.
- You’ll be able to take data and info and translate into insight to drive decision making.
