- Lead the Bureau and Validation team in delivering exceptional client engagements.
- Monitor daily client deliverables to ensure timelines are consistently met.
- Act as the primary client-facing point of contact for senior-level expertise.
- Implement and enhance processes to standardise service delivery.

Skills and experience required:
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in utility management or consulting within the Industrial & Commercial utilities market.
- Deep knowledge of the UK utilities industry, including regulations and billing methodologies.
- Proven experience in managing small teams to deliver exceptional client service.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel.
