Summary:

Do you have in-depth knowledge of energy, including markets, regulations, and industry best practices?  If so, we are seeking a talented Client Services Director to manage a team dealing with COTs, recharging and bureau services, risk, debt, and data analysis. As a Client Services Director, you will ensure the successful execution of day-to-day services, bespoke client projects, and driving growth and profitability. To be successful in this role you will need proven experience in a leadership role within an energy consultancy firm or a similar industry.  Also, strong track record of driving revenue growth and achieving profitability targets, and the ability to navigate complex challenges and make data-driven decisions. Key responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of consultants, fostering a collaborative and innovative culture.
  • Set clear performance goals, conduct regular evaluations, and provide constructive feedback.
  • Identify skill gaps and coordinate training initiatives for technical expertise.
  • Cultivate strong client relationships, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions.
  • Drive operational efficiency and enhance service quality through strategic direction.
  • Review internal processes and recommend improvements for accuracy and efficiency.
  • Contribute to system design evaluation and propose enhancements to meet client requirements.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and make recommendations for future service improvements.

Skills and experience required:

  • Proven experience in a leadership role within an energy consultancy firm or a similar
  • In-depth knowledge of energy, including markets, regulations, and industry best practices
  • Strong track record of driving revenue growth and achieving profitability targets.
  • Exceptional client relationship management skills
  • Ability to convey complex ideas and solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with focus on developing and motivating high performing teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
