We are looking for a Client Success Analyst to join a company with a 25-year track record of designing, building and supporting specialist software for global utilities companies. The role is to provide clients with an efficient experience to allow them to use the software systems with ease. The ideal candidate will have a prior knowledge of the utilities industry, familiarity of CRM and billing systems, and have experience of data analysis and IT support.  So, if this sounds like the role for you, apply today!

Key responsibilities:

  • Understanding clients’ requests
  • Ensure queries are dealt with efficiently
  • Create release notes
  • Drive continual improvement
  • Maintain the knowledgebase of new processes

Skills and experience required: 

  • Knowledge of utilities industry (water preferred)
  • Experience in a software environment
  • Familiarity using CRM and billing systems
  • Experience of data analysis and helpdesk/IT support
