- Develop and maintain a Portfolio of corporate Clients
- Identify new openings to develop and maximise revenue opportunities – up selling and crossing selling
- Negotiating Procurement Tenders
- Manage client expectations and work towards agreed SLA
- Attend regular strategy meetings with clients to best deliver services
- Build strong working relationships to develop your portfolio
- Be customer focused with retention and growth in your portfolio
Skills and experience required:
- Experience in energy/water industry ideally in an account management role
- 2 years + industry experience
- Fixed and Flex procurement experience
- Results driven with solid influencing and negotiating skills
- Strong organisational skills with ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks
- Solid written/verbal communication skills
- Excellent IT skills and technically competent
- A-Level standard or equivalent
