Summary
Working within Revenue Assurance for a retail energy supplier, the Credit Agency Expert encompasses both relationships with CRAs (Credit reference agencies) and the work streams that are created as a result. This crucial role will assist with the implementation of credit defaulting, push work streams towards automation; communicate key messages to internal stakeholders and improve the quality of the comms and processes through which they contact members in debt; If you have worked in a credit / debt role, and confident working in Excel, ideally within and energy / utilities environment – contact us today for more information!!!Key responsibilities:
- Delivery and maintenance of Customer Management;
- Analysing & creating specific debt journeys for members;
- Management of credit checking, contract management and technical developers;
- Work to recognise root causes of high inflow from our Credit Agency processes;
- Participate in investigating reasons for contact and complaints from members
- Support the management of Credit Reference Agency relationships;
- Identify improvements to process monitoring and implement solutions;
- Helping define best practice and sharing this with the wider Experience team
