Summary:
We are looking for an Energy Operations Specialist to join a large energy consultancy. The role involves working within the Operations Energy Team providing technical support, and resolving complex queries and billing queries for both HH and NHH meters. - Working to remediate billing exceptions
- Identifying, and remediating settlement exceptions
- Identifying and remediating registration errors
- Liaising with Managed service providers in ensuring the completion of registrations
- Identification of and establishing root causes of settlement discrepancies
- Help to develop processes within operations
- Ensuring post-meter installations data is received and updated correctly
- Develop a thorough understanding of key industry processes and procedures
- Be a point of contact for all queries
- Assist in responding to new connection queries and industry reporting
- SME on Software development projects and RPA
- Assist in User acceptance testing of new releases
- Working with Managed service providers to ensure agents are appointed to supplies (HH and NHH) and resolving any appointment rejections
Skills and experience required:
- An all-rounder across a range of operations processes
- Energy Experience but not mandatory
- Can commute to or lives in Bedfordshire/Milton Keynes/Northampton area
- Either Graduate from a numerate background, someone with A Levels (with at least 1 stem subject) or has at least a year's experience working in an analytical role
