Summary:
The Revenue Assurance team of a retail energy supplier are looking for a hardworking and organised individual to join as the Energy Theft Project Specialist, who will work closely with members of the Energy Theft team. The team is small and recently-established, and looking for an individual to join and support on the development of long-term processes, and improving third party relations. The majority of work currently is manual, and we need an individual who can assist in automation through the creation of new processes from finding customers to investigate, all the way through to tracking customers post investigation.Key responsibilities
- Improving third party relationships and processes
- Creating and developing new processes to find new sources of energy theft
- Working with data teams to create automation of new and existing processes
- Creating a system for proving liability and charging members for the cost of theft
- Creating a process for tracking members who have previously committed theft
- Liaising with teams both internally and externally
- Work with theft team to ensure processes are documented, simple and easy to understand
Skills required:
- Has experience in supplier management
- Has excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Can prioritise and manage time effectively
- Can identify opportunities for improving processes
- Is proficient with google sheets
- Has knowledge of SQL and Python (desirable)
