Summary:

Here's your chance to make a real impact as a Field Debt Resolution Manager (B2B). This role requires an agile and energetic leader who can work well under pressure, collaborate across departments, and reimagine debt resolution through face-to-face customer interaction. As Field Debt Resolution Manager, you will play a vital role in leading my clients internal Field Debt Resolution capability. You will help drive the rapid growth of our Field Debt Resolution capabilities to create a highly credible and respectful field force, working to prevent our customers from falling into debt or assisting them in becoming debt-free as quickly and sustainably as possible. Your Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development of our internal Field Debt Resolution capability.
  • Train and mentor field operatives in resolving debt issues, both pre-Enforcement and at Enforcement (Warrant of Entry).
  • Performance manages field operatives to ensure they excel in helping customers become debt-free quickly and sustainably.
  • Build strong relationships with a range of stakeholders and teams to drive rapid progress.
  • Map out and deliver milestones to achieve our objectives.
  • Provide expert coaching, mentoring, and support.
 

Experience:

  • You don’t need experience in the Energy industry or enforcement, but you must be an expert in a related field. You should be a calm, strong, confident, and assertive leader.
  • Building highly effective relationships is crucial. You'll work with a diverse range of stakeholders and teams to make things happen efficiently and to a high standard.
  • You will map out and deliver milestones, ensuring we achieve our objectives efficiently.
  • You will train and mentor both existing and new field operatives, guiding them in resolving debt issues in the field, whether pre-Enforcement or at Enforcement.
