Responsibilities will include:
- Establish short/medium term goals to grow key TPIs, focusing on both existing and newer
- Maximise customer satisfaction.
- Market analysis to identify potential target TPIs
- Deliver consistent approach to negotiations and commission setting and documentation
- Ensure communication between the business and TPI’s is carried out affectively, regularly
- and maintained to a high standard.
- Take ownership for service delivery and ensure all stakeholders are clear on deliverables
Skills and Experience required:
- Track record of establishing new relationships with Water Brokers or suppliers
- Passionate and enthusiastic about providing service excellence to clients
- Ability to demonstrate continued growth sales track record
- Experience building trusted relationships with TPIs and the ability to influence decision
