They provide EPC’s when a commercial property is either built or leased, and they are looking for a number of EPC Assessors to join their team. This would suit either experienced EPC Assessors, or those looking for an opportunity to develop their career in this area, as training will be provided. - Inspecting commercial properties
- Collecting data during the site visit
- Modelling ethe commercial property using 3D software (Design Builder)
- Producing the EPC via recognised EPC software
- Lodgement of level 3 and 4 EPCs
Skills and experience required:
- EPC accreditation
- Ideally knowledge of design Builder
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills
- Ability to produce clear reports
- Full driving licence – minimum points
