- Assisting project managers/consultants with applications relating to utility connections
- Production of detailed utility assessment reports
- Liaison with asset operators and 3rd party contractors
- Managing client and contractor/subcontractor relationships
- Regular reporting to consultants and senior management teams throughout project lifecycle.
- Design co-ordination throughout project delivery
- Updating and maintaining project folders with current design and construction information
- Planning and allocation of workload during project lifecycle.
- Production of project trackers and update reports during project lifecycle
Skills and experience required:
- Experience in working with Projects within the Energy / Street works / Construction / Telecoms sector
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering / Construction (or equivalent) – desirable
- Proficient in MS Office
- Able to effectively prioritise and manage workload
- Understanding of gas, water, electricity, and telecom infrastructure networks
- Working knowledge of construction industry - desirable
