Summary:
With the launch of a new EV division, the EV team needs an additional resource to provide support in the management and operationalisation of this product. Candidates must have drive, motivation, initiative, organisation, enthusiasm for EVs, and the ability to develop processes and documentation from scratch. You must be a good communication, high organised with excellent problem-solving skills. Ideally the Operation and Support Analyst will have some experience of working cross-functionally within a business and will have Intermediate Excel, Word experience.Key responsibilities:
- Provide proactive assistance and support to the EV Product Manager.
- Provide customer support / resolve queries via telephone and email as required to customers
- Proactively monitor and identify faults and errors in the system and liaise with field services and technical teams for support when needed.
- Accurately capture and process all orders ensuring quality at all time.
- Regularly review and report on operational performance.
- Develop, improve and maintain procedure guides for operational and support processes.
- Identify improvements in service by understanding customer requirements,
- Provide professionally presented and accurate data in Microsoft Excel or similar .
- Work in accordance with the GDPR.
