You will specialise in helping higher-risk customers become debt free as quickly but sustainably as possible. You will optimise commercial outcomes and customer experience. - Making high volume outbound calls to B2B customers
- Calling B2B customers - 80% outbound, 20% inbound calls
- Having lots of great conversations with customers in debt, all day, every day
- Collecting debts over the phone
- Resolving obstacles to customers becoming debt free
- Accurately tracking your own performance
- Actively liaising with other debt functions if joint solutions are required
- 2 years plus of outbound dial experience
- Focused – You have the drive and self-discipline to make high volume outbound calls and have great customer conversations.
- Negotiator – You already have effective telephone and negotiating skills
- Assertive not aggressive – respectful and highly professional manner
