Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Procurement Administrator to join a leading Energy and Utility management consultancy. In this role you will be providing support to the Account Managers as part of a small team as well as dealing directly with clients. You will be issuing tender requests to energy supplier and liaising regularly with them. The ideal candidate must have strong Admin skills and experience working within the Utilities/Energy industry.  Key responsibilities:
- Issuing tender request to suppliers with various contracting requirements
- Obtain and analyse quotations and resolve supplier quotation discrepancies
- Pre-Tender Reports for Account Managers
- Negotiation and recommendation of utility contracts for clients
- Issuing and chasing acceptance of termination notices
- Updating supplier commission trackers and checking and issuing Void Contracts
- Supply registration checks
- Mailbox Management and post Tender Actions for UBS contracts and Voids
- Build, maintain and manage supplier relationships
- Attending supplier meetings to discuss products and service
- Assisting with Account Administration tasks
- A good level of numeracy
- The ability to quickly learn and adopt new procedures
- Great attention to detail
- Ability to prioritise work and to manage time effectively
- Excellent communication skills and a good telephone manner
- Ability to work individually as well as part of a team
- Good understanding of Microsoft Excel
- 25 days hols raising to 30 days
