Do you have 2 years experience of working within the Water industry? We are currently looking for a Profuct Speicalist – Water to join an award winning energy management company. As the Product Specialist - water, you will develop and manage a water pricing function with relevant resource and be responsible for ensuring adherence to internal SLAs and quality. In this role you will keep on top of industry changes and their impact, maintaining a knowledge base with relevant internal stakeholders, and interact with customers for complex product support. To be successful in this role you will have to have 2 years’ experience within the de-regulated water markets, have excellent commercial awareness, and have exceptional client management skills. - Support product and pricing coverage for the group at all times
- Ensure all processes relating to the water product are followed and available
- To act as a specialist for the group
- Support maintenance of a knowledge base for use by the group
- Provide proactive thought leadership and product insights
- Develop growth through marketing campaigns and ongoing product/service development
- Liaise with suppliers, customers & internal functions as necessary
- Help ensure product & pricing coverage for the group at all times
- Support renewal activity to facilitate customer retention or cross-sell opportunities
- Liaise with suppliers to obtain pricing on any tendering issues which may arise
- Support effective and commercially beneficial relationships with suppliers
- Support adherence to processes relating to the water product are documented and available
Skills and experience required:
- 2 years’ experience within the de-regulated water markets
- Excellent customer service
- Exceptional stakeholder management skill
- Excellent commercial awareness
- Have the ability to lead and innovate in your specialist area.
