- Assume full responsibility/delivery for monthly targets across an array of KPI’s
- Build long-lasting, profitable relationships across a diverse range of clients
- Demonstrate and deliver exceptional levels of customer service
- Maintain and manage all internal systems to accurately process accounts/client management
- Rapidly link business requirements/value to client needs
- Report all forecast and pipeline metrics effectively and accurately to the Operations Manager
- Transact client enquires into tangible, project opportunities across multiple utility sectors
Skills and experience required:
- Excellent Client management skills.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Project / Account Management, or similar roles
- Experience in the utilities industry preferred.
- Next-level client management skills, with excellent relationship building experience/skills
- Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and exceed set targets
- IT literate, with ability to quickly adapt to internal systems/tools
- Strong team player with an engaging presence to drive team success
