As Project Manager you will take ownership for C&I Energy Services projects, liaising with both internal and external stakeholders both in the UK & across Europe. The Project Manager will also be heavily involved in the growth and expansion of services across these markets. To be a successful candidate you will need to have a proven Project Manager qualification such as prince2, PMP, Agile along with 3+ years’ experience in managing complex projects. - Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including timelines, tasks, and resource allocations
- Lead project kickoff meetings to communicate project goals, roles, and responsibilities
- Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional and international C&I teams to achieve project objectives
- Monitor project progress, identify deviations from the plan, and take corrective actions as necessary
- Conduct regular status meetings and provide project updates to stakeholders
- Identify and mitigate project risks, creating contingency plans when needed
- Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations
- Document project requirements, decisions, and changes in project documentation
- Prepare and deliver project reports and presentations to senior management and stakeholders

Skills and experience required:Â
- Project Management qualification – essential g., PMP, Prince2, Agile
- Bachelor's or Master´s degree in a related field (Project Management, Business Administration, ) - desirable
- 3+ years’ experience in managing complex projects - essential
- Strong knowledge of project management tools and software
- Ability to undertake European business travel - essential
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Strong analytical and organisational skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- High level of initiative as well as independent and structured way of working with a constant focus on results and added value
- Fluency in business English; both written and spoken - essential, other languages an advantage
