- Lead the Utility Recharging team in delivering exceptional client engagements.
- Monitor daily client deliverables to meet and exceed timelines.
- Serve as the primary client-facing point of contact for senior-level expertise.
- Implement and refine processes to optimize service delivery.
- Monitor engagement margins, team utilization, and recovery rates.
- Ensure prompt and efficient ticket responses within client service SLAs.
- Safeguard against scope creep and manage risk effectively.
- Uphold quality assurance standards and robust processes within your team.
- Offer technical guidance on industry best practices and regulations.
- Take charge of recharge mobilizations, including the development of methodologies.
- Oversee key recharging processes, tariff development, meter verification, and reporting.
- Manage the Utility Recharging budgeting and reporting suite.
- Analyse resource requirements and develop resource plans.
- Lead recruitment, onboarding, training, and career development.
Skills and experience required:
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in Bureau or Recharging activities in the Industrial & Commercial utilities market.
- In-depth knowledge of the UK utilities industry, including regulations and billing methods.
- Proven experience in managing small teams and delivering excellent client service.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel.
- Outstanding organizational skills and the ability to manage high workloads.
