Are you a confident communicator with the ability to build strong relationships? We are looking for a positive and proactive Resourcer to join our growing team. Working alongside our experienced Recruitment Consultants, your role will be to identify suitable candidates and discuss new job opportunities, taking ownership for the candidate journey and ensuring an excellent service throughout the process. You will get to work in a fast-paced and change embracing environment, where we put our clients and candidates at the forefront of our business.Key responsibilities:
- Use of online job-boards and LinkedIn to identify potential candidates
- Build and maintain a strong networking presence within the energy / utilities industry
- Telephone screening and Interviewing candidates assessing their suitability for the role.
- Managing the candidates needs and expectations
- Engaging with senior recruiters to discuss candidate profiles.
- Updating the in-house database so that it accurately reflects recruitment process.
- Managing various ad-hoc activities to support the effective running of the recruitment process.
- Provide account management support to key clients as you further develop in the role
Skills and experience required:
- Proven success in a similar role – Recruitment / Sales Support / Customer Service
- Excellent communication skills & a positive attitude
