Role purpose
We are a specialist recruitment company who have been operating for 15 years in the energy and utilities space. Many companies have had a difficult time over the past couple of years, but we have more than survived the crisis and find ourselves busier than ever. This means we are looking for a Resourcer to join our lively, friendly team to support our Consultants with sourcing candidates for their roles. As a small and dynamic organisation, we play to the strength of our team, so you would have the opportunity for progression into a more Account Management or Sales role, or alternatively, staying as a “Super Resourcer” – whatever works for you. This role would suit someone with excellent communication and influencing skills, with previous experience in a Resourcing or Research-type role, and we will provide training if required, in more in-depth ‘head-hunting’ techniques. Job responsibilities
- Client research and market mapping
- Use of online job-boards and LinkedIn to identify potential candidates
- Utilise our in-house database to identify and approach candidates
- Build and maintain a strong networking presence within the energy and utilities industry
- Manage candidate enquiries over the telephone / video calls
- Identify new candidates and attract them via "headhunting" techniques
- Interview candidates over the telephone / video links
- Pitch our client’s vacancies to suitable candidates, securing their application
- Provide account management support to key clients as you further develop in the role
