Summary:

Are you an experienced Sales Support Administrator looking for a new career in the Energy industry?  One of the fastest growing Energy Suppliers in the UK is looking to recruit an enthusiastic and organised Sales Support Administrator.  You will be operating within the highly competitive SME sector, supporting the TPI Channel Manager and Account Managers to achieve the team’s financial target. Responsible for a diverse range of administrative tasks covering the day to day needs of the team and its partners.  A flexible and pragmatic approach will be required to work in this fast-paced and evolving environment. Key responsibilities:

  • Self-organise and prioritise high levels of daily workflow
  • Manage multiple email inboxes with high levels of efficiency.
  • Set-up gas and electricity quotes within tight deadlines and to high levels of accuracy.
  • Send quotations to TPIs and Credit Check prospects
  • Generate and locking in contracts
  • Maintain excellent working relationships with account managers, brokers, and customers.
  • Respond to general queries from TPI and customers – Tenders, accounts, and billing
  • Communicate and track registration objections with TPIs.
  • Update and maintain team logs and trackers.
  • Conduct post sales validation calls with customers
  • Assist in the testing and training of new systems and tools.

Skills and experience required:

  • Microsoft Office proficient with a strong grasp of basic Excel
  • Previous experience in customer care & administration
  • Educated to a degree level or equivalent experience, desirable but not essential
  • Previous industry experience preferred but not essential
  • Good numerical and problem-solving skills
  • Effective communicator
