- Reply to customer inquiries delivering exceptional customer service & lasting relationships.
- Collaborate with sales team to process sales, prepare quotes & manage documentation.
- Maintain customer databases, guaranteeing the accuracy and currency of all information.
- Generate reports and assist in the analysis of sales data.
- Conduct analysis of customer billing and coordinate with customers for timely payments.
- Assist in preparing invoices, tracking payments, and resolving billing inquiries.
- Manage the installation timeline post-sale agreement, coordinating with suppliers and Distribution Network Operators (DNOs) to ensure timely and smooth installations.
- Provide regular updates to customers throughout the process.
Skills and experience required:
- Energy Industry experience – essential
- Previous experience in a sales support or customer service role
