Summary

Are you a Superstar Telephone Debt Collection Expert? Do you have at least 2 years Outbound Dialling Collections experience in either B2B or domestic customer environments. If so, we are partnering with a well-established growing Energy Supplier looking to expand their team, who are responsible for collecting outstanding debts by manually outbound dialling customers. You will specialise in helping higher-risk customers become debt-free as quickly but sustainably as possible. You will optimise commercial outcomes and customer experience.  So, if you are a credible, professional, high-energy individual who is target-driven and enjoys being on the phone then this is the job for you.  Help our client to redefine standards in the Energy Collections B2B industry.  

Responsibility

  • Making high-volume outbound calls to B2B customers
  • Calling B2B customers (80% outbound, 20% inbound)
  • Having lots of great conversations with customers in debt, all day, every day
  • Collecting debts over the phone
  • Resolving obstacles to customers becoming debt-free
  • Accurately tracking your own performance
  • Actively liaising with other debt functions if joint solutions are required

Experience

  • 2 years plus of outbound dial collections experience
  • Focused – You have the drive and self-discipline to make high volume outbound calls and have great customer conversations
  • Negotiator – You are already an effective telephone collections expert with over 2 years of outbound dial collections experience
  • Assertive not aggressive – you collect debts in a respectful and highly professional manner
  • Target Driven – You’ll relish being performance managed to outbound dial collection targets
  • Achiever – You understand the difference between effort and success
  • Great communicator – Highly confident on the phone talking to customers
