Our client is a fast-growing technology-based business, providing energy data and services. The role is to increase customer engagement with a data analytics platform by training customers on the product and collecting feedback. You will drive customer engagement and satisfaction by helping them derive insights through energy management knowledge.  This is a junior role and graduates would be accepted but must be confident in presenting and training.  The ideal candidate will have a willingness to learn and strive to improve performance and identify areas for improvement.

Key responsibilities:

  • Lead training sessions with clients and internal team to ensure users understand how to use the platform and what product features are most relevant for them
  • Lead the strategy for training and propose solutions / tools for improvement
  • Gather information and maintain a database of customer feedback
  • Accumulate feedback into meaningful insights to improve product offerings and increase opportunities for selling additional services
  • Develop and foster relationships with “super users” to learn from most engaged clients
  • Provide updates to SLT on how clients interact with products making suggestions to improve
  • Help customers derive insights by providing a consultative approach to energy management
  • Deliver high quality and engaging training

Skills and experience required: 

  • Present information clearly and in an engaging way
  • Good listener, able to interpret the needs of the customer
  • Must be proactive, collecting / sharing knowledge independently
  • Ability to operate cross-functionally, interacting with stakeholders
  • Highly organisation skills and able to learn quickly about new product / tools
  • Knowledge of excel and ability to maintain an organised database
  • Confident and professional when speaking to colleagues and customers
  • Demonstrate a customer-focused approach
