Summary:

The Territory Sales Manager supports industrial customers within a specific market sector, maintaining relationships, developing new accounts, and contributing to financial planning. Responsibilities include reporting, budgeting, strategic development, customer relationship management, new business development, opportunity pipeline management, sales collaboration, sales performance monitoring, and supplier relationships.  

Objectives & Measurement:

  • Achieve or exceed Annual Sales Plan targets.
  • Deliver timely monthly performance reports.
  • Assist in completing new budgets and forecasts.
  • Contribute to the Annual Growth Plan.
 

Skills & Knowledge Required:

  • Adaptable, self-motivated individual.
  • Strong market and commercial awareness.
  • Understanding of value selling principles.
  • Ability to motivate and influence others.
  • Strong analytical and planning skills.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and computer skills.
  • Strategic sales and pipeline management experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Previous experience in manufacturing/engineering preferred.
  • Practical knowledge of Electro Management applications a plus.
 

Qualifications Required:

  • Business or Engineering Degree/HND or equivalent experience.
  • Good secondary education.
  • Clean driving license.
