Summary:
One of the fastest growing commercial Energy Suppliers in the UK is looking to recruit a TPI Relationship Manager. You will work with the Head of TPI Sales and the TPI Account Management team to foster a unified and consistent approach on successful relationship management across the channel. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for their own TPI Partner portfolio to deliver their sales target as well as the sales growth of a Strategic Portfolio managed by the team. - Identify and support the development of Growth areas for the Channel.
- Responsible for the development of Target Strategic Partners.
- Responsible for year-on-year sales growth of Key Partner portfolio.
- Report Personal, Individual and Channel Relationship development plans
- Support Account Managers in creating and actioning a relationship development plan.
- Proactively drive engagement with partner portfolio including email, social and face to face
- Develop Incentive campaigns, both partner specific and portfolio wide.
- Work with internal stakeholders to develop the TPI offering and overall relationship journey.
- Deliver personal and team sales targets
- Negotiate gas and electricity supply contract.
- Production of sales quotations and tenders for TPI’s and processing of all sales contracts
- Manage and develop new and existing TPI partnerships to increase new business revenue
- Managing a renewal portfolio to maximising retention and revenue
- Supporting back-office functions in providing aftersales support and customer care.
- Monitor/Report on competitor/TPI activity
- Understand and manage TPI portfolio performance – Live rate, consumption, debt, etc
Skills and experience required:
- Experience within the B2B energy sector essential.
- Experience managing and growing sales relationships essential.
- Experience within the TPI market essential.
- Degree level preferred although not essential.
- Microsoft office (minimum intermediate level).
