Our client an Independent Commercial Gas Supplier who are renowned for their innovative products such as 100% biogas, utility connections and delivering first class customer service are looking for a Utility Connections Coordinator to join their expanding team. The main purpose of role is to liaise with various network owners and contractors to provide full utility connection solutions. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and customer service skills with the ability to muti-task, meet deadlines whilst having an eye for detail and accuracy. - Production of quotations to customers/brokers on a daily basis
- Liaise with 3rd parties to request quotations, job spec, work commencement dates etc
- Keep customers informed of job status, understand their requirements and manage expectations
- Cross sell other products and services
- Be required on occasion to attend client meetings
Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in a similar role within gas or electricity advantageous
- Ability to effectively manage competing priorities and deadlines in a challenging environment
- Able to work as an individual and as part of a team to meet targets on varying timescales
- Must be able to demonstrate good attention to detail
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach when presented with challenges
- Professional manner with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- MS Excel, Word, Outlook
