Are you enthusiastic and interested in working for their business?
Will you fit into the team, culture and company?

They want to like you… be yourself, remember to smile
They want you to stand out… but not for the wrong reasons
Ask questions about what really matters to you….. but only if those relate to work
At the end they want to know if you want the job… and they will want to know why
