Our client is a consultancy specialising in testing, inspection and certification services contributing to the longevity and reliability of infrastructure, construction, building and real estate projects for their customers. they leverage their experience across all scenarios of an asset life cycle providing advice, ensuring the safety, sustainability, compliance, and optimal performance of projects. They also have a small energy and utilities Division – which is where we come in.
The challenge
They had someone in situ who had been working with the business for over 10 years, who was retiring. This person had been managing all their Bureau and Energy Finance work such as Bill Validation, Reporting and Compliance. They were really concerned they would not be able to find a suitable replacement with the right expertise for their budget.
The solution
