An exciting opportunity to join our client delivering water and waste services.Β  As Water Asset Manager, you’ll lead a team to ensure optimum asset lifespan, working closely with operational teams on the maintenance of assets and to accurately interpret the data the assets omit. Teams are field based with the purpose to produce annual network management plans, which reduce the volume and cost of water leakage across the network, reducing the recurrence of waste issues. The ideal candidate will have experience in water asset management, proven team leadership abilities and a collaborative, results-driven mindset. Apply today to learn more!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team to analyse data, manage maintenance plans, and optimise network performance.
  • Analysing and understanding the risk and criticality of Water/Wastewater networks
  • Oversee network strategy, regulatory submissions, and manage stakeholder relationships.
  • Writing and maintaining network strategy and management plans
  • Develop Operations and Capital Investment plans, addressing risk, cost, and performance.
  • Recommend innovative, tech-based solutions to improve asset management.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Proven leadership in asset management within water or wastewater networks.
  • Knowledge of water networks, leakage projects, or abstraction licensing.
  • Experience with program planning, budget management, and network management systems.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to engage at all levels.
  • Relevant qualifications (IAM, APM, CIWEM) and a collaborative, results-driven mindset.
  • Full UK Driving License – occasional site visits across the network – expenses will be covered
