Lisa was engaged in a major Executive Search assignment with an innovative independent water provider serving commercial businesses across the UK. The Everflow Group is made up of water retailer, Everflow Water, and the utilities software provider, Everflow Tech. With a mission to “make utilities simple,” Everflow designs its services to save customers time and money, earning an ‘Excellent’ rating for its customer-focused approach.

The challenge

Founded in 2015, Everflow has quickly become a leading water retailer and utilities platform in England and Wales. To support this growth, the board sought an experienced Chief Growth Officer as a key hire for the executive team. This individual would shape and implement the best route to market, providing strategic direction. The role involves creating new growth paths by optimizing resources, maximizing investment impact, and monitoring trends. The Chief Growth Officer oversees Marketing, Sales, Product, and Pricing, with goals to grow water sales, and Tech, and explore future markets and launch into waste management, telecoms and energy..

In 2022, Lisa identified Everflow ideal Chief Growth officer, and in October 2024, they became CEO of Everflow.

Their aim is to fit all the pieces of the jigsaw together into a complete picture, but for them the jigsaw keeps expanding with the discovery of every new piece.
