Our client – an energy consultancy delivering an online procurement and energy management services are looking for a Partnerships Development Manager who will identify, nurture and develop long-term affiliate and white label partner relationships with a diverse set of companies that bring on board significant volumes of high-quality customers. As the Partnership Development Manager, you will inherit a portfolio of partners that you will be responsible for nurturing as well as prospecting new partners and build strong relationship. Key responsibilities:

  • Develop the partner channel strategy in line with business goals
  • Identify the right relationships, as well as build and establish the partner pipeline
  • A mix of phone, video conference and face-to-face meetings
  • Manage your pipeline allowing for full visibility throughout the business
  • Work alongside product and marketing on channel and partner needs
  • Manage partner relationship to maximise output and maintain the best customer experience
  • Attend strategic networking events
 

Skills & experience required:

  • Previous partnership / commercial experience within I&C
  • Deliver revenue and profit target for the business from 3rd party Partners.
  • Experience of managing the full partner life cycle; finding and developing the relationship, managing through to set up, implementing into the business and managing performance
  • Ability to assess what makes a good commercial partnership and what to focus on
  • Great at building and maintaining relationships - internally and externally
  • An ability to show a completer finisher mentality
  • Passion for decarbonisation
  • Having existing relevant relationships in the utility/ energy space would be beneficial
