Our client is a pioneering cleantech company on a mission to create local community energy via their proprietary peer-to-peer platform and algo matching process. They are seeking a dynamic TPI Account Manager to be pivotal in growing their client portfolio by closing new I&C business opportunities generated by the Sales Account Manager. You will work closely with the sales support team to manage client queries and also with the pricing team.  The ideal candidate will have 5+ years working in the TPI space, and have solid negotiating and relationship building skills, used to working to targets and KPIs.  You should also have solid Excel with Vlookups.  Sound interesting? Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the TPI Sales Manager to grow a portfolio of TPIs delivering I&C customers.
  • Close opportunities generated by TPI Sales Manager, driving revenue growth and meeting sales targets.
  • Build solid client relationships, delivering high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Work sales support team to handle client queries, ensuring prompt and effective resolution.
  • Work with pricing team to structure deals and optimise propositions to drive growth.
  • Present reports to management providing insights into performance and revenue growth.
 

Sales Experience:

  •  Proven track record in energy sales, particularly TPI and I&C clients.
  • Understanding of the TPI market and how to effectively leverage it to generate new business.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, able to build relationships with external and internal stakeholders.
  • Excellent negotiation skills, able to secure favourable terms for both client and company.
  • Strong organisational skill, able to prioritise effectively and manage multiple tasks.
  • Skilled in Excel, with the ability to create and use VLOOKUPs and pivot tables effectively.
