Our client, an independent B2B energy supplier, is looking for an Administrator to support their Service Delivery team. As an Administrator you'll play a key role supporting the Service Delivery Coordinators, handling tasks such as processing change of tenancies, assisting with billing queries, and ad hoc reporting. Key Responsibilities for the Administrator:
- Administer Change of Tenancies (COT) within SLA’s
- Help resolve any billing issues from managing agents
- Provide billing support when needed
- Ensure all data entered into systems is accurate and complete
- Assist with Managing Agent reporting
- Support back-office in providing aftersales support and customer care
- Various standard and ad hoc reporting
Skills and Experience Required for the Administrator:
- Previous Administration experience within a similar role
- Self-motivated with excellent organisational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Computer literate with strong Excel and Outlook skills
- Ability to work as part of a team and individually
- Excellent attention to detail & problem-solving skills
- Can do attitude, always putting the customer first
- Energy Industry Experience - Desirable
