- Prioritise and maintain a backlog of API product features in line with industry needs.
- Serve as a subject matter expert, promoting adoption of API products in the energy transition.
- Keep updated on industry trends and conduct market analysis to identify innovation opportunities.
- Lead product launches and develop go-to-market strategies in collaboration with marketing and sales teams.
Skills and experience required
- Essential experience with UK electricity energy dataflows.
- Proven track record as a Product Owner or Manager, specifically with API products.
- Deep knowledge of API technologies, RESTful architecture, and web services.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to translate customer needs into product requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative mindset.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA.
- Software development experience is desired but not required.
