Our client is looking for a B2B Energy Sales Consultant to join their growing premier brokerage, who have helped over 23,000 customers find some of the best business energy tariffs available. Working in fun and fast-paced Telesales environment you’ll be the first point of contact for their customers. Advising the benefits of their services and generating new business by selling Gas, Electricity and Water contracts to businesses across the UK. Key responsibilities:
- Making high volume, outbound calls to leads provided to you
- Qualify potential customers for services and renew commercial energy contracts.
- Build rapport with customers and prospects, whilst providing them with a first-class service.
- Selling service to potential clients throughout each call.
- Updating CRM system with updated/accurate information.
- Achieving daily, weekly, and monthly targets and KPI's.
- Achieve and maintain appropriate compliance standards.
- Have worked in B2B Energy telesales for at least 2 years
- Proven track record of lead generation and handling objections
- Passionate about generating new business with a strong drive for success.
- You are self-motivated and tenacious.
- You have outstanding communication skills (verbal, written + great listening)
- You work well under pressure.
