In this role, you will support Account Managers and clients by handling billing queries, validating invoices, analysing metering data and uncovering opportunities for client savings. Key responsibilities:
- Perform bill validation - taking full ownership for the monthly billing cycle
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and customers
- Answer queries to ensure continuing levels of client satisfaction are met
- Analyse potential over/under charges and assist Account Managers in resolving queries
- Validating utility invoices
- Resolving billing and metering queries
- Accessing supplier portals/Identifying validation errors and resolutions
- Identifying additional savings opportunities for a client
- Preparing annual utility budgets
Skills and experience required:Â
- Previous bill/ invoice validation within the energy industry experience
- Query management, customer service and confident telephone manner
- Escalation handling
- Analytical and numerical skills
- Accurate, focused with good attention to detail
- Good written and organisation skills
- Computer literacy including Intermediate Microsoft Excel
