You will play a pivotal role in identifying and securing new business opportunities, driving sales, securing strategic partnerships and developing tailored solutions to meet customer needs. Key responsibilities:
- Generate and manage a pipeline of self-identified opportunities
- Create and execute account plans to build a diverse portfolio of active clients
- Achieve sales goals, including securing sales and expanding the pipeline
- Collect win/loss data and market insights to inform continuous improvement
- Ensure proposals are optimally priced, timely and meet each client expectations
Skills and experience required:
- 3+ years of success in business development or sales in EV, automotive, energy, or related sectors
- Strong communicator across all levels and backgrounds
- Expertise in top-tier sales processes and competitive strategies
- Excellent listening, problem-solving, and organisational skills
