Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee weekly and monthly cost/value reconciliations.
- Act as the main liaison between operations and clients, managing variations and scope adjustments, ensuring timely justifications.
- Coordinate with design and operations teams to monitor and improve the commercial performance of regional projects.
- Lead monthly operational meetings to review project performance, identifying and resolving any issues affecting delivery.
- Manage client valuations, maintain strong client relationships, and handle any disputes.
- Oversee client debt management and prepare final accounts for completed projects.
Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience in the multi-utility sector, particularly with Independent Connection Providers (ICPs).
- Strong background in customer relationship management, particularly with developers.
- Proficiency in commercial contract terms and negotiations.
- Excellent communication and networking abilities.
- Leadership qualities, with experience leading meetings and driving team performance.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail when managing client accounts and commercial reporting.
