Responsibilities
- Lead industry and customer engagement, conducting impact assessments and supporting the delivery and evaluation of regulatory changes.
- Build relationships with service providers to maximise value for customers and the industry.
- Offer insights to help customers understand the potential impacts on their businesses.
- Attend industry forums to guide customers through change.
- Work in a liaison position, influencing regulatory developments with delivery teams.
- Ensure regulatory requirements are met through coordination and high-quality delivery.
- Manage the preparation and delivery of information for regulatory changes, ensuring compliance and adherence to deadlines.
Experience
- Experience in Energy essential – Ideally Gas
- A proven track record in customer-facing roles and change management.
- A self-starter mindset with innovative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Able to interpret complex scenarios and effectively communicating them to customers
- Analytical mindset to evaluate change proposals and document requirements
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.
- Confident and resilient to manage a varying workload
