To be successful in this role you must be a true "hunter" skilled at researching the market and identifying potential targets, generating your own leads, negotiating and closing deals. Key Responsibilities:
- Drive new business sales through high-volume cold calls and networking
- Focus exclusively on selling flexible basket energy and gas procurement
- Generate leads via prospecting and leveraging relationships
- Execute B2B outreach through calls, LinkedIn, and email
- Secure signed LOAs and recent energy bills from prospects
- Independently manage sales strategies and lead pipelines
- Complete administrative tasks efficiently
 Skills/behavioural attributes required:
- Minimum 1 year of B2B energy sales experience (broker/supplier)
- Proven success in selling flex procurement to customers using 150,000 kWh or more
- Target-driven with a strong desire to exceed goals
- Experience in high-volume cold calling is essential
- Skilled at building relationships and securing commitments over the phone
- Flexible, proactive, and able to handle objections under pressure
- Self-motivated with a passion for making an impact
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and sales skills
- Strong computer, organisational, and administrative abilities
