Responsibilities will include:
- Monitoring and Reporting on large and erroneous AQs
- Providing timely and appropriate management of resolution for any large AQs
- Interacting with Suppliers / Shippers / Xoserve / REC to recoup any overpayments
- Building relations with Industry Parties
- Working closely with the Managed Service Team to ensure resolution of any SARs/Reads/Meter Exchanges that may be negatively impacting AQs
- Suggesting possible system enhancements
- Suggesting possible process improvement opportunities
- Potentially expanding into other areas as the business sees fit
- Acting as trainer/mentor to the MS team
- Developing reporting functionality and feed these reports back into Management
Skills and Experience Required:
- Experience within the UK Gas market
- In-depth knowledge of and experience in the use of MS Excel
- Strong analytical skill with the ability to collect, organise, analyse and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent understanding of all industry processes and procedures
- Excellent understanding of the Gas Reconciliation Process
