My client is passionate about Energy Efficiency and are an accredited ECO Installation company working across the UK to provide the highest quality service, keeping residential customers energy efficient, while reducing carbon emissions through funding streams.  Due to their success they are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of their front office organisation. This position is responsible for overseeing daily operations, implementing effective strategies, and leading a team to achieve operational excellence. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to analyse and improve processes to drive productivity and business goals.   Duties
  • Oversee daily operations and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Manage budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation to meet organisational goals.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team by providing guidance and support.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess operational performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination of activities.
  • Maintain third part relationships.
  • Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to minimise disruptions.
  Requirements
  • Proven experience in an operations management role or similar position.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage teams effectively.
  • Excellent analytical skills with a focus on problem-solving and decision-making.
  • Proficiency in project management and methodologies.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • A genuine appreciation of the core requirement of sales within the business.
  • Ability to work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
