Summary:

As a Recruitment Resourcer at Utility People, you will play a vital role in sourcing and engaging top talent within the Energy, Water, and Utilities sectors. Your responsibilities will include leveraging advanced search techniques, screening candidates and supporting the end-to-end recruitment process.  

Key responsibilities:

• Identify and source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, social media, and referrals, using Boolean search techniques
• Review and assess applications to match candidates with suitable roles
• Format CVs and create detailed candidate profiles for shortlisted applicants
• Assist in the full recruitment process, including scheduling and coordinating interviews
• Provide candidates with regular updates and feedback throughout their recruitment journey
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions
• Work closely with the recruitment team to understand client needs and company culture

Skills and Experience required:

• Previous experience in a recruitment resourcing role
• Skilled in Boolean search techniques and candidate sourcing
• Strong organisational abilities with the capacity to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective engagement with candidates, clients, and colleagues
• Self-motivated and results-oriented with a proactive approach
• Ability to work independently and efficiently from home
